If results do not change over the next month I am sure the club will let Jose go. So I was wondering who people would like as manager and why?
I'm hoping results do change as I'm a huge mourinho fan but he seems stuck in his ways with no plan B.
Guardiola I think will take the easy option and go to city like he did by going to Bayern.
Simione will offer nothing more than Jose as he plays really defensive football also.
Anchelotti probably the best available person out there but would he come back to a club where he was treated so disrespectful and reportedly sacked straight after the last game of the season.
Personally even if we struggle and don't make top four then I hope mourinho is still in charge and backed hugely in January. I think where we go wrong is the best players in the world do not always make the best team. There are players out there that can make a difference for our team that our playing for average teams themselves.

You have almost answered the question, for all his irritating failings Mourinho has too may pluses to be let go. Third in his first season and loved, Champions in his second and adored and now the papers want his blood and it does not make sense. Yes, I am sure everyone wishes he would stop the after match antics and I am sure he has had the riot act read by RA and team but he did not get any of the players he would have liked in the pre-season which is not his fault and as time goes on the full extent of the issues he has had to contend with will come to light. The players are much the same as last year and they are the ones letting the Club down. If he goes, I think they spoke with Diego Simeone at the time they reappointed JM and with the good relationship that Chelsea have with AM I think he will be the next manager.

The kind of attacking players we have and we aspire to buy Ancelotti or Guardiola should be our next manager.
The thing about Simeone is he takes around 1 and half seasons to get the team going to his style which is not the kind of time Roman will give to other managers barring Jose

How's guardiola going to city the easy option? Are you the equivalent of Wolfsburg, shalke or ausberg. It was only a few months ago that Chelsea dominated the league and city were no where near? How fickle! Oh let me guess city have loads of money and just buy their way to success unlike the hard task managers face at Chelsea.

You guys maybe going through a bad spell at the moment but don't let your memory's deteriorate so badly that you have become ungrateful to the fact that without abramhovich and then Jose you guys would have never won the league and definitely not the champions leauge.

Life's that crap, would you go back to been the Chelsea before Roman abramhovich? Thought not then chin up and try not make out that things are so Rosie everywhere else.

I think city are more equipped to dominate than Chelsea are which is why I think city would be an easy option for guardiola. The hard work has been done for guardiola by rijkaard and heynckes before him so I'm not surprised to see him doing well.

Not to sure on Chelsea purchasing another top class striker as Diego Costa is good enough. He's just out of form like the whole team at the minute. I wouldn't complain with the likes of higuain but can you see one or the other sitting on the bench every week. Getting a pacey centre back and signing greizman to play in and around the striker would be more important. With the pacey centre back allowing the team to hold a higher line, meaning we could press all over the pitch. Varane and greizman would be outstanding signings.

£44m for Griezmann and what £40-£50m for Varane? Can't see it happening.

Varane and Griezmann? Mate are you deluded. Why would top talent want to join us if we finish outside the top 4? Think about it.

We need to buy John Stones at any cost this January,he isn't even cup tied so that he can play in UCL for us

Didn't Mata join United when they finished outside top 4? Ok we may miss champs league for one season. Doesn't mean we won't be back in it the season after. Jesus, sounds like we've gone from Champions to Liverpool (LOL! ) . Yet we haven't. We still have a class squad. Just need touching up here and there and a bit more luck in front of goal and we'll be fine.

Keep the faith. Top four is by no means out of reach, but results need to change now. If we don't beat Norwich then I wouldn't be surprised to see Jose sacked. I hope this is not the case but football is a results business and at the minute the results, regardless of performance are awful.

As much as I dislike Costa's antics, I wouldn't blame him for his lack of goals. He is usually the only Chelsea player in the opposing box surrounded by 3 or 4 defenders. Too many of our players fiddle around on the edge of the opposing box without making runs into it - my God, how we miss Frank Lampard. I also agree about being unable to play a high line while JT is in the team - unfortunately, we can't afford to lose his defensive organisational skill at the moment because no one else in the defence opens they're mouth. The lack of a high-line is another reason for Costa's lack of goals because we are asking our creative players to cover so much ground between defence and Costa - this is why our top scorer this season is 'own goals'!

I have said it here that Mou's tactics is what frustrate some aggrieved players because they are not better suited to it. Like fish out of water. Remember Mou once had similar issue with CR7 about defending. Everybody defend so deep $ makes attackers leggy. Hazard receives d ball @ our own half making it difficult 2 get into d opposition box. Costa would have been isolated by 2-3 defenders. Mou has to free up these player to attack bc d best form of defense is attack. Oppositions will be scared to attack us if we are known for attacking $ will be forced back. We may not attain d highest in the world if continue playing Mou's way bc we can't win nuetral or opposing fans. Again some of us think we will just came back 2 UCL if we fail 2 make it dis season. Many things will work against us if we fail bc opposition fans would have gained confidence $ fear factor is one of d things that win u matches even not playing well. We shall also lose most of our targets to oppositions, which strenghtens them $ weaken us. So Mou has to go if he loses any of his next two matches. Trust me results will change with anoda coach regardless of his qualities bc our players don't like playing Mou's tactics.

Is he really the one to blame. Or are the rest of the team and tactics just not creating anything. Some games were having 8 shots. Usually 5 being hammer strikes trying luck or Willian free kicks.
